"Anything can happen...if only YOU Believe"

It was a quote on a small pink plaque, gifted to me by my mother on my 16th birthday. I hung it on every bathroom and bedroom mirror I had for years to follow.

And to this day, I still find it true:
Whether it's the dream image you’re growing into or the one you’re trying to shed—what you give your energy to is what becomes.

My mother taught me this early on, but I’ve had to re-learn it for the umpteenth time here in my mid-40s.

Today, that belief in myself has taken form—in this apothecary, in this healing space, in this very first order shipped from my website. I’m proud of myself... and I plan to be more often.

And to you—yes, you, reading this:
Remember to believe in yourself, even if it’s for the umpteenth time.

You have a birthright of power within you.
You can do whatever you set your heart to.
